Opportunity: Supplier presentation theater

These 20-minute sessions located in the Supplier Presentation Theater give you an opportunity to speak to visitors about your science, products and marketing findings. Located on the show floor, these presentations are free for all SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants to attend. Book your spot today!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at one of the Supplier Presentation Theaters, located on the show floor
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speakers and any presentation slides. Final presentation slides due October 4, 2024
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Editorial & Standards teams
  • Theaters will include basic A/V package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone and TV monitor
  • Seating capacity for up to 40 people within each Supplier Presentation Theater
    • 40 people are not guaranteed by SupplySide Show Management
  • Sponsor will be provided with an information kit that contains helpful details to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance
  • Session title and description should be finalized ASAP to allow for maximum exposure within Supplier Presentation Theater programming promotion. Session details considered final on August 30, 2024
    • Must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide Editorial & Standards teams
• Presentation schedule with date/time, session title and sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the Supplier Presentation Theaters
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed in the session room
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form by October 8, 2024
• Sponsor will receive the list of session participants with complete contact information within one-week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

• Sponsor logo recognition in dedicated email sent to pre-registered participants detailing the Supplier Presentation Theater schedule
