Opportunity: Sustainability: Convention Center & Host Hotels

This sponsorship allows us to take a pro-active approach in offsetting the water and energy used at Natural Products Expo East's most highly trafficked facilities and make your brand front and center of these important sustainability conversations!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• New Hope Network, with support of Sponsors, to offset the total carbon and water usage at Natural Products Expo East 2023 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and our three host hotels.
  • New Hope Network to be responsible for procurement of renewable energy credits and water restoration certificates.
  • Credit calculation to be determined by an independent third party sustainability consultant.
• At the Host Hotels:
  • Host hotels house our 1500 VIPs including top exhibitors and hosted buyers!
  • 22×28 signs placed in the lobbies of each of the 3 host hotels outlining Sponsors’ commitment to offsetting the carbon and water usage of all of our attendees at these hotels.  
  • Sponsor-branded hotel keycards and envelopes at our 3 host hotels.
    • Show Management to design artwork incorporating all 3 sponsor logos, with the inclusion of the Natural Products Expo East logo, talking about the sustainability efforts taking place at the hotels.
    • Show Management to produce and implement use in hotels.
• At the PCC:
  • Branded signage throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center to promote Sponsors’ commitment to offset all carbon and water usage.
    • Signage to be placed in high traffic areas of NPEE, including in the Grand Hall, Entrances to Halls A, B & E, and Broad Street lobby.
• Sponsors will be included on all promotions of the Natural Products Expo East Carbon & Water Offsetting program and all NPEE sustainability platforms; including but not limited to online, email marketing, social media and the onsite sustainability kiosk.
