Opportunity: Tasting Bar

SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America is bringing back the Tasting Bar, a free-to-attend attraction that enables visitors to see, touch and sample the latest functional foods and beverages. If your company has a retail-ready or prototype functional food or beverage, participate in this great feature on the show floor! All you have to do is provide the finished product – we will handle the preparation of your product into sample sizes and distribution to visitors.

Tasting Bar product must first be submitted for approval by Show Management via the Tasting Bar Submission Form.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on show website
• Tasting Bar will be promoted in email promotions to pre-registered and potential visitors, including other relevant show information

On-Site

• Tasting Bar will be open for sampling November 2 & 3 during expo hall hours, located on the show floor
  • One area will be dedicated to food samples and one are will be dedicated to beverage samples
  • Show Management will provide all food-prep items and temp staffing for preparation and distribution
• Sponsor to provide a total of 1,200 (2oz.) food samples or 1,200 (1oz.) beverage samples
• Your food or beverage product will be on display with a product information card including your company logo, product name, product description and booth number
  • Visitors can read about your sample, taste it and then visit your booth to learn more
• Tasting Bar will be promoted within the Show Directory, including sponsor logo recognition and product name
• Call-out with location on the expo hall map within the Show Directory
• Tasting Bar will be promoted within the agenda of the show mobile app, including sponsor logo recognition
• Sponsor logo recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the Tasting Bar
• Push notification(s) within the show mobile app promoting the Tasting Bar
