Opportunity: Tea Tasting Sponsorship

Inclusions with this sponsorship opportunity:

• Your company logo will be promoted in all marketing pieces including: World Tea Expo app, on-site signage, website, and show guide.
• (1) 10′ x 10′ space allocated for company’s tea tasting.
• Tea tasting area includes:
  • (1) 22″ x 28″ sign featuring company logo.
  • (1) 6′ table.
  • (1) Hand-washing station.
  • (1) Trash bin.
• (2) People allowed at designated tea tasting area.
• Opportunity to distribute giveaway at tasting in addition to tea sample.
• Designated area inside the lobby, based on availability.
• Restocking labor not included.

Opportunity Details:

• Water for tea tasting will be provided by Show Management.
• Sponsor provides tea and all materials.
• Time-slots are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Call your account manager for availability.
• Last date to contract: May 12, 2017.
