The TSE Live Theater sponsorship has become a popular option for The Special Event exhibitors as they understand how much exposure it provides for their company. The options for TSE Live Theater Sponsorships include the following:

Audio/Lighting/Staging/Décor: Be the company that makes the performance happen. The TSE Live Theater is the perfect arena to highlight your staging, lighting, décor, backdrop or audio products for use in the entertainment on stage. Limit one sponsor each for audio, staging, décor and lighting. Sponsor is responsible for drayage, installation and dismantle, power (if required) and labor. Sponsor shall be responsible for any damage to their properties and shall indemnify TSE from same. Sponsorship costs include duration of TSE Live Theater (2 days).

Entertainment Sponsorship: Designed specifically for the company that has a high profile entertainment act they would like to showcase to The Special Event attendees and potential buyers. Sponsorship cost includes duration of performance. All TSE Live Theater Sponsorships include the following:
• Promotion on the show web page, www.thespecialeventshow.com, as a TSE Live Theater Participant/Sponsor, with a 100 word description and photo or logo with hyperlink to your Web site.
• On-site signage
• Promotion of all performance stage sponsors in the TSE Show Directory and Mobile App (if contract signed by appropriate deadline).
• Sponsorships include a 40 minute block of time (to accommodate performances and set up and tear down). Performance time can be extended in some circumstances.

All sponsorships subject to approval by The Special Event Show Management.

40 minute performance/demonstration (includes set up/tear down): $500

Audio/Lighting/Staging/Décor Sponsors Cost for 2 days: $1,200

Sponsorships under $2,000 are available on a first right of refusal basis for a maximum of 3 years. Please send your logo (vector EPS preferred) or a photo (minimum 3×5” at 300dpi) along with 100 word description of your TSE Live Theater performance to be posted on the TSE Website and included in the Show Directory and Mobile App to your sales rep!
