Opportunity: Hosted Buyers Welcome Bag Inserts

Welcome Hosted Buyers to Natural Products Expo East by inserting a product sample or literature piece (brochure, invitation, or flyer) into the exclusive Hosted Buyer show bags. The buyers will pick up their bags first thing when they arrive at the show so take advantage of the opportunity to wow them!

Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

• 250 Bags distributed at check-in at the Hosted Buyer Lounge.
• Send (1) insert of a sample and/or piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) to be inserted into each Hosted Buyer’s official Natural Products Expo East show bag.

Details:

• Limited to (1) insert per bag: marketing materials attached to product samples are subject to Show Management approval.
• Product must be stable in a non-temperature controlled storage.
• All products and content are subject to approval by New Hope Network Standards.
• Last date to contract: Friday, August 9, 2019.
• Last date for shipments to arrive in Baltimore: Friday, August 9, 2019.
