Sponsorship deliverables:
- Wi-Fi available for all show participants throughout the Expo Hall and education area
- Wi-Fi network name will be reserved for SupplySide West
- Sponsor logo recognition on splash page once the network is selected and where the password is entered
- Wi-Fi login password to be determined by sponsor to brand company name. Password must be at least 8 characters
- Once user has entered password, they will be redirected to a landing page of sponsor’s choice
- If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking
- Sponsor logo recognition included on signage in Registration, Bayside Foyer, Convention Center Walkway, Expo Hall, Education and Info Desk(s) with Wi-Fi login instructions
- Sponsor may provide literature to be distributed at the Info Desk(s)
- Literature must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
Marketing inclusions:
- Sponsor logo recognition in final registration confirmation email sent to pre-registered participants the Friday before the show
- Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails sent to registered participants during the show including other relevant show information
- Push notification in the mobile app promoting wi-fi login details
- Wi-Fi login details will be available through the official chatbot of SupplySide West for all show participants to text with questions
