Opportunity: Zen Den

Empower attendees to navigate the show floor with renewed energy and focus by sponsoring the Zen Den. This relaxation room will provide attendees a calming environment to unwind during the hustle and bustle of the show. As the sponsor, you will receive brand promotion on signage and an opportunity to place a product sample or branded item in the dedicated space. By sponsoring this space, your brand will be positioned as a supporter of self-care and a balanced lifestyle.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• The Zen Den will be located in the North Convention Center, Lower Level
• Zen Den includes:
  • Soft seating furniture, water station and greenery
  • Two 30-minute relaxation sessions on Wednesday & Thursday during the show:
    • Morning – meditation & breathwork
    • Afternoon – stretch & movement
• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Signage at the entrance of the room
  • Directional signage
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting the Zen Den in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Digital kiosk includes other SupplySide promotional rotating ads
• Your custom artwork on:
  • One double-sided half meter board in the Zen Den
  • Distribution bin to distribute literature, promotional item, or product sample within the room
    • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
    • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
      • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
    • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• One company representative may be in the sponsored space to promote your brand
