Inclusions of this opportunity

• Exhibitor is responsible for securing speakers and speaker deliverables.
• Seminar is comprised entirely of exhibitor content with no involvement by New Hope content team.
• Session is marketed as free to attend.
• Pre-show exposure in marketing materials.
• Room rental and standard set-up is provided for one hour session.
• Room includes standard AV set.
• Display table provided in the room for company literature and products.
• Session title and subject material must be approved by New Hope Standards Department.
• Exhibitor receives scan data post-show.
