Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Room Drop Date: Wednesday, October 16, 2019
• Sponsor to provide 3,200 items to be delivered to guest rooms
• Item must be approved by Show Management before going into production
• Item must be one complete piece and come pre-assembled (i.e., an assembled bag with multiple items inside)
• The Room Drop will reach 3,200+ SupplySide West participants within the following featured hotels:
  • Mandalay Bay, The Delano, Luxor and Excalibur Hotels
