Opportunity: Hotel Room Distribution

Showcase your product in the Natural Products Expo East VIP attendee’s hotel rooms! Hotel room distribution is a convenient and effective way to reach your prospects. This is the opportunity to get your product in attendee and exhibitor rooms on either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday evening.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• 1 hotel room “drop” in Natural Products Expo East VIP attendee and exhibitors’ rooms staying at the 4 “NPEE Host Hotels”.
  • 1 hotel drop can consist of either 1 product or several products bundled together into a single “drop.”
  • 4 NPEE Host Hotels include The Loews Philadelphia, The Notary Hotel, Le Meridien Philadelphia, & Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.

Details:

• Distribution available by day: Wednesday, September 23, Thursday, September 24 or Friday, September 25, 2020.
• Hotel drop product categories sold exclusively per Sponsor, per night.
• Hotel Drop must be considered a single “drop.”
  • Bundled items (i.e. product samples and/or literature) must be pre-assembled before shipment.
    • Items must be assembled into a single unit i.e. small gift bag, box, or basket and is subject to Show Management approval.
    • Bags resembling the Natural Products Expo East Show Bag will not be approved, including, but not limited to tote bags, grocery totes and large bags.
    • Show Management and/or hotel are not responsible for assembly of bundled items.
  • Hotel drop must be less than 24 oz (2 lbs.)
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, September 4, 2020.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
