Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• 10,000 Premium bags with sponsor artwork featured on the front and back panels of the bag.
• (1) 2 oz. sample size or one piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) to be inserted into each show bag.
• Bags distributed at Natural Products Expo East registration and badge pick-up locations in the Broad Street Lobby and Ballroom A.
• Bags made from recycled plastic bottles.

• Sponsor graphics featured on the front and back panels of the Show Bag.
  • Side panels are reserved for Natural Products Expo East Show branding.
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.

  • Artwork deadline with digital proof: Monday, June 22, 2020.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
