Opportunity: First-Time Visitor Reception

Date/Time: Wednesday, October 28 from 5 – 7pm

Location: Fleur by Hubert Keller at Mandalay Bay

Sponsorship Deliverables:

All visitors who indicate this is their first time to the show during registration will be invited to attend this exclusive event, where they can meet with various members of the SupplySide West management team, Industry Rockstars and other first-time visitors. Plus, those registered will get the lowdown on making the most of their SupplySide West experience. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet with new customers before they even enter the show floor in an intimate and unique setting!

Pre-Show

• First-time Visitor Reception will be an item available for purchase within online registration
• Attendance limited to 300 first-time visitors only 
• Sponsor recognition within schedule, included on SupplySide West website, Expo Preview, Show Guide and mobile app 
• Sponsor recognition in dedicated emails to first-time pre-registered visitors 
  • Emails will be sent to those who have not signed up for the event encouraging them to register, as well as those who have, with details about what to expect once they arrive on-site 

On-Site

• Visitors will conveniently be able to pick up their badges when checking in to the reception
• Sponsor can distribute literature or promotional item at check-in
  • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
• SupplySide Show Management will be scanning badges of visitors at check-in
• Signage within and outside of event with sponsor logo
• Sponsor logo on napkins used at reception
• Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the First-Time Visitor Reception
• A representative from sponsoring company has an opportunity to welcome visitors to reception
• Event will include a hosted bar & hors d’oeuvres
• A DJ will be included for entertainment

Post-Show

• Sponsor receives complete contact information of visitors at event
