Pre-Event

  • Opportunity to underwrite a Retailer Data & Insights category session during the Natural Products Expo West Virtual experience that is aligned with Company’s products and/or services.
    • Virtual session categories based on the hottest trends in the Natural Products industry. Examples could include but not limited to: Frozen, Snacks, Supplements, Dairy etc.
    • New Hope Network Data & Insights experts and possible guests to present content for virtual session.
  • Company logo included on all marketing/promotions of the Retail Data & Insights category virtual session including, but not limited to the NPEW virtual website, NPEW virtual platform and email and/or social media campaigns.
      • Retail Data & Insights category virtual sessions to be targeted to the NPEW retail audience of over 35,000.

Expo West Virtual Event Week

  • Opportunity for Company representative to join the emcee to kick off virtual session with a brief discussion and discuss Company’s involvement/thought leadership around category.
    • New Hope and Company to collaboratively structure kickoff discussion so it aligns with overall content/category presented at virtual session.
    • New Hope to provide direction and overview of technical details for Company to prepare prior to kickoff discussion.
    • Discussion limited to under ~ 3 minutes total in length.
  • 30-minute virtual session to be filmed and produced by New Hope Network’s video production team to ensure a high-quality video experience.
    • The last 15-minutes of the session will be time to explore the virtual booth’s of the brands presented in the session.
  • Company logo featured in virtual session video package.
  • Verbal Company recognition from emcee during Retail Data & Insights category virtual session.
  • Opportunity to have company representatives engage in the chat with attendees of the virtual session during the live instance.
  • Retailer Data & Insights category virtual sessions will be available live and available on-demand in the NPEW Virtual platform during the entirety of the event week.
