Sponsorship Deliverables:
Pre-Show
- Acknowledgement in final confirmation email sent to registered visitors and exhibitors the week prior to the show
On-Site
- Wi-Fi throughout entire Meadowlands Convention Center, including Lobby Area and Expo Hall
- Wi-Fi Network name to incorporate sponsor name/product name (of sponsor’s choice) along with SSE (for example: SSE-SPONSORNAME)
- Once user selects Wi-Fi Network, they are redirected to a website landing page of sponsor’s choice
- Sponsor logo included on signage in Expo Hall and Registration area with Wi-Fi login instructions
- Wi-Fi login instructions with sponsor logo in Show Guide, distributed to all attendees
- Sponsor may provide Literature to be distributed to Visitors during the Show
- Subject to change pending Informa’s sustainability efforts. Modification(s) to be communicated to the Sponsor from Show Management
- Daily app notifications (copy provided by sponsor) will be sent out to all app users both days of the expo hall
