  • (1) 10′ x 10′ outreach space provided inside Press Room.
  • (1) 6′ table top provided for literature and/or product.
• 1 Connect to Press opportunity.
• Press Room Charging Station tabletops branded with full color sponsor artwork.
• Sponsor logo and booth number printed on cocktail napkins for Connect to Press Happy Hours – 1 color imprint.
• Opportunity to incorporate product into menu, bar or specialty cocktail.

Details:

• Connect to Press Happy Hours are currently scheduled for Wednesday, March 9 and Thursday, March 10 to take place inside the Press Room.
  • Time and location of happy hours are subject to change based on Show Management discretion.
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, February 4, 2022.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 28, 2022.
