Opportunity: Arena Plaza Food Truck

What better way to generate brand awareness at Expo West then having your company-branded food truck in the Arena Plaza serving up tasty treats! Food trucks serve not only a great advertising tool, but they also offer a more personalized and unique way to create a lasting connection with attendees and your brand.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• 10’W x 30’L space to park a branded vehicle and distribute product samples in the Arena Plaza.
•  Opportunity to sample Sponsor’s product on the following dates:
  • Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Friday, March 11 2022 from 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Electricity for vehicle provided.
  • Storage, labor, material handling fees/drayage are not included.

Details:

• Pop-up tents are not permitted.
• No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, February 11, 2022.
