Opportunity: Baggage Check

Offer attendees the convenience of checking their bags prior to walking around the expo hall! This service is complimentary to all show participants and they will have you to thank!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor recognition within the schedule included on the SupplySide West website, Show Guide and mobile app
• Baggage Check hours and location will be called out on the FAQ and Resources page of the SupplySide West website with sponsor recognition
• Baggage Check will be promoted to pre-registered attendees in emails with other relevant show information
• Baggage Check will be promoted within the Show Guide, which is distributed at the show

On-Site

• Baggage Check will be open on Wednesday, October 27 from 7am-6pm and Thursday, October 28 from 7am-6pm
• Mandalay Bay bellmen will staff Baggage Check
• Sponsor logo on signage at Baggage Check entrance located in Lower Level, South Pacific E
• Sponsor logo on signage promoting Baggage Check in customer service area
• Sponsor logo on Baggage Check directional signage in high-traffic areas of the show
