• Opportunity to customize the lounge with a name and component specific to company branding and show initiatives (subject to Show Management approval).
• (1) Company-branded charging table.
• Scanner technology provided to capture lounge guest information. Sponsor will receive scan data post-show.

Opportunity details:

• Opportunity location is exclusive to the Hall A lobby.
• Company provides artwork. Show will produce graphics. Must be approved by Standards.
• Recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: Friday, February 10, 2017.
