Opportunity: New Products Zone

Get your products noticed in these highly visible showcases! Each company receives an individual display case for product and literature display. These will be located in a high-traffic area of the show.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• New Products Zone will be a show feature within the schedule of the SupplySide West website — participating companies will receive sponsor recognition
• New Products Zone will be promoted in email promotion with other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition included in a half page ad within the Show Guide promoting the New Products Zone

On-Site

• Sponsor receives individual display case to display new ingredient/product – approximately 12” W x 12” D x 16” H of cubic space to use
  • Sponsor to display only one (1) ingredient/product per display case
• Each company’s display case will include a product information card that contains your company logo, product name, description and booth number
• Sponsor recognition in push notification in SupplySide West mobile app promoting the New Products Zone
• Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the New Products Zone
• New Products Zone will be a feature within the schedule in the mobile app
• New Products Zone location will receive a call-out on the printed expo hall map distributed on-site

Virtual

• “2021 Product Launch” will be a filter at the top of the Ingredients & Services page of SupplySide Network 365
• Your featured ingredient/service will be included in the 2021 Product Launch filter through the end of the year, including all participating sponsors
  • Ingredient/service redirects to your detailed product page, which also links to your company page within SupplySide Network 365
    • Detailed product page includes product name, image, information, filters and more
• New product launches will be called out in the SupplySide Network 365 weekly e-newsletters, sent to all registered members

New products or new ingredients introduced less than twelve months prior to the show qualify to be included in the New Products Zone.

Sponsor is responsible for bringing ingredient/product with them to show-site and placing product in display case between the hours of 1-5pm on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, located near the exhibitor services center in the expo hall.

This individual sponsorship does not meet the minimal spend to receive sponsor benefits.
