Sponsorship Deliverables:
Pre-Show
- Yoga will be promoted within the Events & Show Features in the Expo Preview
- Yoga will be promoted within the schedule included on the SupplySide West website, Expo Preview, Show Guide and mobile app, including sponsor recognition
- Dedicated webpage for visitors to register for yoga – pre-registration will be monitored by Show Management with regular attendance updates as requested by sponsor
- One (1) dedicated email sent pre-show to registered visitors and exhibitors promoting yoga with the registration link
- Yoga will be promoted to pre-registered attendees in additional promotional emails with other relevant show information
On-Site
- Yoga will take place both mornings of the expo hall prior to the show floor opening, allowing up to 100 registrants per day
- A trained yoga instructor will lead attendees through an hour-long yoga class
- Mats will be provided by the yoga instructor
- Water will be available within the yoga space
- Sponsor recognition in push notification in SupplySide West mobile app promoting Yoga
- Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting Yoga
- Directional signage and a check-in sign with sponsor logo recognition
- Two (2) single-sided meter boards within the yoga space – sponsor to design artwork
- Each yoga participant will receive:
- Yoga bag with one-color sponsor logo
- 17 oz. double wall stainless steel thermal water bottle with sponsor logo
Post-Show
- Marketing metrics for yoga will be provided post show
- Sponsor will receive electronic list of Yoga participants with complete contact information, excluding those who have opted out of Informa’s privacy policy
