Located on the show floor, these presentations are free for all SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants to attend. Book your spot today!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Supplier Presentation Theater will be promoted within the Events & Show Features in the Expo Preview
• Supplier Presentation Theater will be promoted within the schedule of the SupplySide West website — participating companies will receive sponsor recognition
• Supplier presentation schedule details will be promoted to pre-registered visitors in a dedicated email
• Supplier Presentation Theater will be promoted in email promotion with other relevant show information
• Sponsor will be provided with an information kit that contains helpful information to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance

On-Site

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at one of the Supplier Presentation Theaters, located on the show floor
  • Seating capacity for 40 people within each Supplier Presentation Theater
• Theaters will include basic A/V package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone, LCD projector and projector screen
• Mobile badge scanner utilized to capture contact information of participants attending your presentation
• Sponsor recognition and presentation details included on on-site signage for the Supplier Presentation Theater
• Supplier presentation title and sponsor logo included within a digital brochure dedicated to the Supplier Presentation Theater
• Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the Supplier Presentation Theater
• Presentation details will be promoted within the SupplySide West mobile app
  • Sponsor can provide supporting literature to include with presentation details in the mobile app
• Full page ad in Show Guide promoting all Supplier Presentation Theater sponsors, distributed on-site

Post-Show

• Sponsor to receive list of presentation participants with complete contact information, excluding those who have opted out of Informa’s privacy policy

ADD-ON: Virtual Component ($2,000 per 20-minute session)

• Sponsor will receive an .mp4 video file of your recorded presentation and will be added to SupplySide Network 365 content within 2 weeks after the show
• Your recorded presentation will be promoted to the SupplySide audience during a recap week on SupplySide Network 365 after the event
