All visitors who indicate this is their first time to the show during registration will be invited to attend this exclusive event, where they can meet with various members of the SupplySide West management team, Industry Rockstars and other first-time visitors. Plus, those registered will get the lowdown on making the most of their SupplySide West experience. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet with new customers before they even enter the show floor in an intimate and unique setting!

Pre-Show

  • First-Time Visitor Reception will be an item available for purchase within online registration. Sponsor text recognition included
    • Attendance limited to first-time visitors only 
  • Sponsor recognition within the schedule included on SupplySide West website, Show Guide and mobile app 
  • Sponsor recognition in email promotion to first-time pre-registered visitors promoting the First-Time Visitor Reception  

On-Site

  • First-Time Visitor Reception will take place the evening before the expo hall opens
  • The reception will include a hosted bar & hors d’oeuvres inside the event space
  • A representative from sponsoring company has an opportunity to welcome visitors to the reception
  • SupplySide Show Management will be scanning digital badges of visitors at check-in
  • Sponsor logo on signage promoting the reception within and outside of event space
  • Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo used at reception
  • Sponsor can distribute literature or promotional item on designated tables within the event space
    • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
    • SupplySide encourages sponsor to distribute literature digitally, both as a means of sustainability efforts and reducing health & safety risks
  • Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the First-Time Visitor Reception

Post-Show

  • Sponsor will receive photos from the First-Time Visitor Reception
  • Sponsor will receive complete contact information of visitors at event, excluding those who have opted out of Informa’s privacy policy
