Offer attendees the convenience of checking their bags prior to walking around the expo hall! This service is complimentary to all show participants and they will have you to thank!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on show website
• Baggage Check hours and location will be included on the FAQs & Resources, Why Attend, Show Policies & Venue pages of the show website with sponsor logo recognition

On-Site

• Baggage Check will be open November 2-3 from 7am-6pm both days, located in Bayside Hall A*
  • *Location subject to change. Any changes will not negate the agreement
• Mandalay Bay bellmen will staff Baggage Check
• Sponsor logo on signage at Baggage Check entrance
• Sponsor logo on Baggage Check directional signage in high-traffic areas of the show
• Sponsor logo on rip tickets given to attendees when checking their bags
• Baggage Check will be promoted to visitors & exhibitors in emails with other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition within the Show Directory detailing baggage check hours & location
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included in Show Directory and show mobile app
• Call-out with sponsor logo and location on the expo hall map within the Show Directory
