Opportunity: Education Lounge

The Education Lounge serves as a gathering place for visitors participating in SupplySide's content program. Offer these visitors a place to rest their feet in between education sessions by sponsoring the Education Lounge!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor logo recognition in education program email sent to pre-registered visitors promoting the Education Lounge

On-Site

• Education Lounge will be located in the North Convention Center, Lower Level where all SupplySide Education takes place, and will be open during the following hours:
  • Tues., Nov. 1: 8am – 5pm
  • Weds., Nov. 2: 8am – Noon
  • Thurs., Nov. 3: 8am – Noon
  • Fri., Nov. 4: 8am – Noon
• Sponsor logo recognition on Education Lounge signage
• Two (2) meter boards with sponsor’s custom artwork placed in the Education Lounge
• Coffee and tea will be provided in the Education Lounge
  • All beverages in Education Lounge will be promoted as “Brought to you by (your company)”
  • 1 or 2-color company logo on napkins at beverage stations
• Sponsor can provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in Education Lounge
  • SupplySide encourages underwriters to distribute literature digitally, both as a means of sustainability efforts and reducing health & safety risks
• Call-out with sponsor logo, lounge location and hours on the education map within the Show Directory
• Sponsor text recognition in push notification in show mobile app promoting the Education Lounge
