Pre-Show
- Sponsor logo recognition in final registration confirmation email sent to registered visitors and exhibitors the Friday before the show
On-Site
- Wi-Fi for show participants throughout the expo hall and education area
- Wi-Fi network name will be reserved for SupplySide West 2022
- Wi-Fi login password to be determined by sponsor to brand company name. Password must be at least 8 characters
- Once user has entered password, they will be redirected to a landing page of sponsor’s choice – sponsor to provide URL
- Sponsor logo included on signage in Registration, Bayside Foyer, Convention Center Walkway, Expo Hall, Education and Info Counter areas with Wi-Fi login instructions
- Sponsor logo included in the Show Guide with Wi-Fi login instructions
- Daily mobile app notifications (copy provided by sponsor) will be sent out to all app users both days of the expo hall
- Sponsor to provide headline and description for each notification – we recommend including your company name and booth number
- Email sent to visitors and exhibitors the morning the trade show opens will include Wi-Fi login instructions, sponsor logo and a hyperlink to a landing page of sponsor’s choice
- Email will include other relevant show information
- Wi-Fi login details will be available through the official chatbot of SupplySide West for all show participants to text with questions
- Sponsor literature can be distributed at the Info Desk located in the Bayside Foyer
- Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
- SupplySide encourages sponsor to distribute literature digitally, both as a means of sustainability efforts and reducing health & safety risks
