Opportunity: SupplySide Stage – Sponsored Content

Reach more people outside of your booth by presenting on SupplySide Stage! This is an opportunity for you to talk in a 30-minute timeslot about how your company's products are driving innovation in the marketplace. Located on the show floor, SupplySide Stage presentations are free for all SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants to attend.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on show website
• SupplySide Stage will be promoted in email promotions to pre-registered and potential visitors, including other relevant show information 
• Sponsor will be provided with sponsorship marketing tips which contain helpful details to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance

On-Site

• 30-minute speaking opportunity in a presentation format at the SupplySide Stage, located on the show floor 
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speakers and any presentation slides. AV equipment is provided by Informa
  • The selected speakers should have merit and experience in line with the content; either outside experts or company representatives may be appropriate
  • The nature of the content must be educational and non-promotional. Successful examples in the past have included market trends, research studies, thought-provoking discussion about macro issues in industry, application demonstrations, etc. Highly promotional and sales-centric content is not appropriate for this venue
  • Informa Content Marketing Director is available to support content development and session moderation where needed
  • Session title and description should be determined by July 13, 2022, to allow for inclusion in the promotion of SupplySide Stage
• Mobile badge scanner utilized to capture contact information of participants attending your presentation 
• Presentation schedule with sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the SupplySide Stage 
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included in Show Directory 
• SupplySide Stage will be promoted within the Show Directory, including sponsor logo recognition 
• Call-out with location on the expo hall map within the Show Directory 
• SupplySide Stage schedule & presentation details will be promoted within the agenda of the show mobile app, including sponsor logo recognition 
  • Sponsor may provide supporting literature to include in the mobile app for attendees to download 
• Sponsor logo recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting SupplySide Stage
• Push notification(s) within the show mobile app promoting SupplySide Stage

Post-Show

• Sponsor to receive list of presentation participants with complete contact information 

ADD-ON: Virtual Component ($2,000)

• Sponsor will receive an .mp4 video file of your recorded presentation within 2 weeks after the show 
• Your recorded presentation will be available in the On-Demand Library on SupplySide Network 365 within 2 weeks after the show
