Opportunity: Cheers to 25 Years! Reception Sponsor

Help us and our attendees celebrate 25 years of SupplySide! As the sponsor of the reception, you’ll get recognized on all ‘Cheers to 25 Years!’ reception marketing promotions pre-show, onsite, and at the many bars located throughout the SupplySide show floor.

Pre-Show

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on the show website
• Sponsor logo recognition within dedicated email to pre-registered & potential visitors promoting the reception
• Reception will be promoted in email promotions to pre-registered and potential visitors, including other relevant show information
• Sponsor logo recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the reception

On-Site

• Reception open to all show participants, located in the expo hall
  • (15) hosted bars with beer, wine and a 25^th anniversary signature cocktail will be placed throughout the show floor
  • (1) bar location placed near sponsor’s booth pending facility approval
• Custom napkins with SSW 25^th anniversary logo & your 1 or 2-color company logo distributed at the bars
• Sponsor logo recognition on digital signage promoting the reception in a high-traffic area of the show
• Sponsor logo recognition on signage at each bar promoting the reception
• The reception will be promoted within the Show Directory, including sponsor logo recognition
• Call-out of (15) bar locations on floor map within Show Directory, including sponsor’s logo and reception details
• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule in the show mobile app
• Sponsor text recognition in push notification in the show mobile app promoting the reception
