Sponsorship Deliverables:

Your PDF or video file, sponsor logo, and booth number will be prominently displayed in the online registration final confirmation page. Visitors will see your downloadable material here
Sponsor to provide the following materials:
- Sponsor logo
- Booth number
- Company website URL
  - If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking
- PDF or Video
  - Video file must be a link, hosted on a public channel such as YouTube or Vimeo. MP4 files are not accepted
- Title of PDF or Video
- Image you want to appear on the final registration page that people will click on to view the PDF or Video
  - It is a good suggestion to include a “play button” icon within this image
  - Image Specs: 200px W x 150px max H, .png, 72 dpi
