Be a part of the one and only Natural Products Expo West Community Brunch! This exciting event is the perfect opportunity for your brand to get your product prepared and sampled by over 3,000 people. The Community Brunch spans two and a half hours on Thursday morning and is open to all attendees and exhibitors of the show just before they head to education and the trade show floor.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
  • Your Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Community Brunch, an event open to all Natural Products Expo West badge holders.
    • Marketing pieces include: Logo inclusion on-site signage, NPEW website, Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map* and advertisements*.
  • Opportunity to build out attendee experience during the Community Brunch. Examples include:
    • Sponsor product sampling and/or branded promotional items.
    • Pop-up tents, centerpieces or retractable banners.
    • Interactive displays, mascots or photo booths.
    • Option for Show Management to provide:
      • 6′ table for literature and promotional products.
  • Sponsor products to be incorporated into the Community Brunch menu.
    • Sponsor product prepared (if necessary, for food and beverage sponsors) by 3rd party caterer.
      • Option for up to 3 product SKUs within selected category.
    • Product donation requirement : ~3,200 servings.
      • New Hope will advise Sponsor on product quantities based on product category selected, SKUs and expected attendance.
    • New Hope Network to create signage throughout buffet featuring Sponsor logo, booth number, product name and dietary attributes (i.e. natural, gluten free, vegetarian, organic, etc.)
  • Banner, featuring Sponsor logo and the Community Brunch logo to be prominently displayed on the Community Brunch tent outside the Marriott.
  • Sponsor logo and booth number printed on 1-color imprint cocktail napkins and table tents placed throughout the event.
  • Live entertainment provided by Show Management.
  • Average Community Brunch attendance: ~7,000.

  • Community Brunch is scheduled to occur on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, 8:30-11:00 am, in the Big White Tent in the Marriott parking lot.
    • Exact time of day and location subject to change.
  • Product categories sold exclusively per Sponsor.
  • All product SKU selections are subject to approval by New Hope Network Show Management and the Marriott.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, January 24, 2025.
  • Non-exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
