Sponsorship deliverables:
- One hour-long session will consist of a 30-40-minute presentation by sponsoring company followed by a Q&A with your choice of breakfast or lunch to be served during the session
- Session room capacity allows up to 60 participants*
- *60 participants are not guaranteed by SupplySide show management. Number of participants depends on session topic and target audience
- Session room will include a podium with microphone, clip-on microphone and LCD projector & projector screen

- Sponsor to determine session format (panel, timing, Q&A, etc.) and provide speaker(s) and moderator(s) for the session
- Suggestions include a researcher providing insights into the latest ingredient science and/or a formulator on the application considerations
- Sponsor to collaborate with the SupplySide content marketing team to develop session copy (title, description, etc.) for promotion
- Materials must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide standards team
- Sponsor to create a PowerPoint presentation as a resource and visual aid for session participants
- Materials must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide standards team
- Sponsor may provide literature or promotional items to be distributed in the session
- Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
- Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
- If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
- Sponsor logo recognition included on signage promoting the session
- Sponsor to receive list of pre-registered session participants leading up to the show
- Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:
- Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
- Event schedule on the show website
- Event schedule in the mobile app
- Drip campaign including at least six dedicated emails about the brief to sponsor’s target audience
- Sponsor will receive a demographics check list to select business types from our database to target in marketing efforts
- Sponsor may provide a list of competitors that SupplySide show management will monitor against registrants to ensure these companies are not in attendance
- Sponsor to review and approve final ‘wish list’ segment of job titles and company names prior to the start of marketing campaign
- Daily schedule emails sent to total participants during the show including other relevant show information
- Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
- Sponsor will be provided with complimentary marketing materials to promote the session to their audience including a dedicated landing page, email, social post and email signature banner
