Opportunity: Supplier Presentation Theater

These 20-minute sessions located in one of the Supplier Presentation Theaters gives you an opportunity to speak to attendees about your science, products and marketing findings. Located on the show floor, these presentations are free for all SupplySide Global show participants to attend. Book your spot today!

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at one of the Supplier Presentation Theaters, located on the show floor (Bayside, Level 1)
  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speakers and any presentation slides. Final presentation slides due October 3, 2025
    • Materials must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide standards team
  • Theaters will include basic AV package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone and TV monitor
  • Seating capacity allows up to 40 participants within each Supplier Presentation Theater*
    • *40 participants are not guaranteed by SupplySide show management. Number of participants depends on session topic
  • Sponsor will be provided with an information kit that contains helpful details to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance
  • Session title and description should be finalized ASAP to allow for maximum exposure within theater programming promotion. Session details considered final on August 29, 2025
    • Materials must be reviewed & approved by SupplySide standards team
• Presentation schedule with session date/time, title and sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the theater
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional item to be distributed in the theater room
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
• Sponsor to receive list of scanned session participants with complete contact information within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
  • Event schedule on the show website 
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered and potential participants including other relevant show information
  • Daily schedule emails sent to registered participants during the show including other relevant show information
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
• Sponsor will be provided with complimentary marketing materials to promote the session to their audience including a dedicated landing page, email, social post and email signature banner
