Opportunity: Grand Plaza Pedicab Sponsorship

Or maybe the opportunity to provide free, eco-friendly transportation to attendees while they sample your newest product? Then sponsoring a fleet of bicycle cabs is the sponsorship for you!

Inclusions of this opportunity:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor
• (5) company-branded pedicabs provided for Natural Products Expo West & Engredea attendee transportation.
• Opportunity to provide product samples for drivers to distribute to riding attendees. Limited to dry or refrigerated product, frozen not permitted. Coupons or any other paper material also not permitted for drivers to hand out.
• Opportunity to provide branded t-shirts and/or hats for drivers.
• Trained drivers will serve as brand ambassadors for the duration of the show to communicate key messages about company product while providing samples.

Opportunity details:

• Pedicab transportation available for Natural Products Expo West & Engredea attendees Thursday March 8 -Saturday March 10, free of charge.
• Company provides artwork. Show will produce graphics. Must be approved by New Hope Network Standards.
• Artwork deadline: February 2, 2018.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: February 2, 2018.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
