Opportunity: Exhibit Hall Cocktail Reception

Capture the attention of every attendee as they mingle in the exhibit hall for an action-packed 2 hours. Your company logo will appear on all drink tickets (2 per person) and on on-site signage located at every bar in the hall, indicating your sponsorship of this networking reception, as well as in the onsite guide and on the Data Center World website. In addition, you will receive 250 drink tickets to hand out at the event from a table placed at the entrance to the expo hall. As a sponsor, you may distribute promotional items such as napkins or cups. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own promotional items pending Data Center World’s approval.

Details:
* Exhibit Hall Cocktail Reception runs Wednesday, March 14 for two hours (approx. time 4:00-6:00pm)
(Time may be adjusted as needed to fit with overall show schedule)
*Sponsor logo included in all marketing of event (including the onsite guide and drink tickets)
*Event Signage located at each bar throughout the event, advertising sponsorship
*250 Extra drink tickets to be distributed by sponsor
*Sponsor logo placed on the thank you page, published in the onsite guide and on the registration desk sign that advertises the hours of the event
*A 6’ draped table prominently displayed in the exhibit hall foyer during the event and one lead retrieval device (Table placed one hour before start of reception through the end of the reception – approx. time 3:00-6:00pm.) (Table used by sponsor for distributing drink tickets or approved sponsor materials)
*Sponsor may promote the event with other activities (approved in advance by Data Center World)
NOTE: All creative deadlines and specs must be met by the Sponsor to ensure timely delivery of the signage to the show site as well as any printed materials. Deadlines will be sent by Data Center World approximately one week after the receipt of the signed contract.
