Opportunity: Yoga Classes/Early Morning Workout: Saturday

Help attendees begin their day centered, by leading morning yoga classes or the early morning workout. An intimate sponsorship that allows you to provide your own yoga/workout instructor and create a spiritual space for participants.

• Prominent company exposure through pre-show marketing, on-site materials and event signage, and Natural Products Expo West website.
• Space provided to hold up to a 90 minute yoga or workout session.
• Coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit provided for participants.
• (2) 8′ W x 21’H stage scrim banners included to promote your brand’s sponsorship of the event.
• (1) 6′ table provided for literature and products inside event space.
• Can use a pop up tent.

Opportunity details:

• Sponsor provides instructor, mats and any other required equipment for event.
• Sponsor provides artwork, Show Management prints stage banners. Stage scrim banner artwork deadline: February 8, 2019.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event: Last date to contract: February 1, 2019.
