Details:

• In-person market samples:
  • Product must be submitted for approval by New Hope Network Show Management due to size and product constraints.
    • Opportunity limited to 1 product line and up to 3 flavors.
    • Product must be sample-sized, typically 3 oz or less and/or smaller than 4in x 4in.
    • Product must be grab-and-go; products that require preparation including cutting, cooking or pouring will not be approved.
      • Product can be refrigerated or frozen.
  • New Hope Network to manage Market set-up, display, and product replenishment.
  • Exhibitor has the option to provide unique Market Board artwork
    • Artwork due: Friday, February 16, 2024
• Recognition begins once contract is received.

    • Drink tickets good for 1 free beverage at the bar during Wednesday Evening on the Plaza.
    • Drink tickets distributed around campus throughout the show to VIP attendees to drive traffic to the event.
  • Brand logo included on napkins used at Wednesday Evening on the Plaza event.
  • Brand logo included in graphics featured on scrim banners.
    • 1 banner displayed on either side of the stage during Friday Evening on the Plaza.
• New Hope Network to provide all elements of concert, including live entertainment, passed appetizers and cocktail rounds.

• Wednesday Evening on the Plaza is scheduled to occur on the Grand Plaza on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
