Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• 10’W x 30’L space to park a branded vehicle and distribute product samples in the Marriott East Lot between Convention Way and the Events Tent.
• Opportunity to sample Sponsor’s product on the following dates:
  • Tuesday, March 2, 2027 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, March 3, 2027 from 8:00am – 6:00pm (move out at 6:00pm unless otherwise approved by show management)
• Electricity and generator for vehicle provided as needed.
  • Storage, labor, material handling fees/drayage are not included.

Details:

• Pop-up tents are not permitted.
• This opportunity does not come with extra staff badges.
• Sponsorship will activate rain or shine.
• No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
