Sponsorship deliverables:

  • Brand the back of all badges with your custom four-color artwork
    • Solid colors only, no gradient elements within the image
    • Sponsor is limited to two rounds of edits before proof is considered final
  • Sponsor logo included on front of badges next to QR code
    • Logo must fit within 1″ x 1″ square
  • Relevant show information will be included on the bottom of back of badges
  • Badge size: 4″ W x 6″ H
  • Sponsor artwork: 3″ W x 4″ H
    • High resolution at 300 dpi or higher
    • .jpg or .png file format preferred in addition to the vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf)
