Opportunity: Boardrooms & conference rooms

Take your conversations off the show floor. A private conference room gives you a dedicated space to meet, pitch, and close deals with key prospects in a professional, distraction-free setting.

Meeting room requests must first be submitted via the meeting room request form.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Conference rooms of different sizes are available in the Marriot meeting space
• Rooms are available for rental by the day based on availability
• Each room comes set up with a wastebasket and space for food & beverage
  • Additional services (AV, food & beverage, etc.) are the responsibility of the meeting room renter

Conference Rooms:

• Aspen — $4,000 / day
• Birch & Cedar —$1,600 / day
  • Includes Terrace access
• Elm & Juniper — $1,400 / day

Boardrooms:

• Executive — $1,600 / day
