Sponsorship deliverables:

• Your custom artwork on a 4′ W x 2′ H double-sided hanging banner below each aisle sign
  • SupplySide aisle sign will include the aisle number and the flagship sponsor logo
  • Sponsor can create one original design that promotes your company and drives traffic to your booth
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance

Sponsor level: Platinum

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Brand the back of all badges with your custom full-color artwork
  • Solid colors only, no gradient elements within the image
  • All artwork is subject to approval by SupplySide Compliance
• Badge size: 4″ W x 6″ H
• Sponsor artwork: 3″ W x 4″ H
  • High resolution at 360 dpi maximum, (1,080px W x 1440px H)
  • .png file format preferred
• Sponsor logo included on front of badges next to QR code
  • Logo must fit within 1″ x 1″ square
  • SupplySide branding on front of badge will include the flagship sponsor logo
• Relevant show information will be included on the bottom of back of badges
  • This includes SupplySide Wi-Fi login details, in which the password may be customized by a sponsor

Meeting room requests must first be submitted via the meeting room request form.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Conference rooms of different sizes are available in the Marriot meeting space
• Rooms are available for rental by the day based on availability
• Each room comes set up with a wastebasket and space for food & beverage
  • Additional services (AV, food & beverage, etc.) are the responsibility of the meeting room renter

• Aspen — $4,000 / day
• Birch & Cedar —$1,600 / day
  • Includes Terrace access
• Elm & Juniper — $1,400 / day

Boardrooms:

• Executive — $1,600 / day

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Rotating advertisements in all show website banner positions:
  • Two leaderboard banners (728×90 for desktop and 320×50 for mobile version)
    • Positioned at the top and middle of the show website
    • Ad hyperlinks to preferred URL
  • One rectangle banner (300×250)
    • Positioned at the bottom of the show website
    • Ad hyperlinks to preferred URL

• Headshot Lounge includes:
  • One (1) photographer & all necessary equipment
  • One (1) photo backdrop
    • Your choice of white, black, gray or light gray

  • iPad kiosk for instant digital delivery of headshot images
  • One double-sided ½ meter board in the lounge
• Sponsor logo recognition included on:
  • Directional signage in high-traffic areas of the show
  • Promotional signage in a high-traffic area of the show
• One representative from sponsoring company may be at the lounge promoting your brand
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide literature or promotional items to be distributed at the Headshot Lounge
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be pre-packaged, single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage)
    • Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the items and the set-up/removal of them as well as any shipping and/or material handling fees
• Leads of those who participated will be sent within two weeks post-show

  • Attractions page in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered attendees including other relevant show information

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Eco-friendly badge lanyards distributed to all show participants at registration
• One-color lanyards printed double-sided and end-to-end with sponsor’s full-color logo

• Your company logo will be displayed in your booth space on the interactive floor plan of the mobile app
  • Your logo will either be reversed or full-color dependent on the background color of the floorplan
  • When clicked, the user can navigate directions from their current location to your booth or request to chat and be taken to your exhibitor profile

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Highlight your booth/products/services with one custom push notification on the Expo Hall day of your choice
  • Sponsor to provide copy; 140 character limit including spaces and punctuation
  • Push notifications are shown on the device’s lock screen when enabled
  • Push notifications are scheduled at the discretion of SupplySide show management

• Your custom artwork at the top of registration confirmation emails sent to approximately 9,000 show participants
