Sponsorship / Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor or marketing opportunity.
    • See distinctions in “Details” below.
  • Company-branded, 100% electric, six-passenger vehicle(s).
  • Trained driver(s) will serve as brand ambassadors for the duration of the show to communicate key messages about company product while providing samples.
    • Opportunity to provide product samples for drivers to distribute to riding attendees.
    • Opportunity to provide branded t-shirts and/or hats for drivers.
  • Vehicle(s) will transport Natural Products Expo West attendees for all 4-show days (Wednesday – Saturday) from key locations including the Anaheim Convention Center, and the Angels Stadium attendee parking.
    • Vehicles run 30-minutes before, during and 30-minutes after trade show hours.


  • 3 vehicles: $35,000 (Gold Sponsorship).
  • 2 vehicles: $28,000 (Gold Sponsorship).
  • 1 vehicle: $15,000 (Marketing Opportunity).
  • Sampling and branding plan subject to New Hope Network Show Management approval.
    • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted. For more information, please reference the┬áCode of Conduct.
  • Company to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
    • Artwork deadline: Friday, January 24, 2020.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, January 17, 2020.
