Sponsorship deliverables:
- Conference rooms of different sizes are available in the Marriot meeting space
- Rooms are available for rental by the day based on availability
- Each room comes set up with a wastebasket and space for food & beverage
- Additional services (AV, food & beverage, etc.) are the responsibility of the meeting room renter
Conference Rooms:
- Aspen — $4,000 / day
- Birch & Cedar —$1,600 / day
- Includes Terrace access
- Elm & Juniper — $1,400 / day
Boardrooms:
- Executive — $1,600 / day
