In a time when sampling has all but halted, this is a great opportunity to get your product into the hands of your target audience where they can enjoy from the comfort and safety of their own home. Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

• Opportunity to have your product sent to and sampled by 100 top Natural Products Expo West members of the press.
  • Top 100 includes traditional media outlets and influencers hand selected by the Natural Products Expo Team.
• In order to guide press through the contactless sampling experience, press will receive their curated sample box with the following branded aids:
  • Product guide created by New Hope Network that will include your company name, company logo, company social media information, product name, product description and contact information.
  • Opportunity for company to provide a single digital marketing piece to be shared digitally with box recipients via a QR code.
• Recipients will be provided a hashtag by New Hope Network and encouraged to post about their unboxing experience and tag the brands that they discovered through this program.
• Press recipients will be encouraged to give product feedback and visit your Expo West Virtual Booth to engage further with your brand.
  • Product feedback to be shared with brands.
• Brand will receive a list of the press companies that received the Contactless Sampling: Press Box.

Details:

• This opportunity is priced for one item/sku.
• Price depends on required method of shipping, size and weight of product:
  • Shelf-stable (products that can be stored and shipped without temperature control)
    • Shipped weight up to 9 oz. or max measurements of 8″ x 6″ x 3″: $2,750
    • Shipped weight up to 12 oz. or max measurements of 12″ x 8″ x 4″: $3,250
    • Shipped weight >12 oz. or larger than 12″ x 8″ x 4″: $4,250
  • Frozen (products that require frozen storage and shipping)
    • Any weight or size: $5,500
  • Refrigerated (products that require refrigerated storage and shipping)
    • Any weight or size: $5,500
• 120 total items will be required to fulfill this program.
  • A 20% product overage is required by distribution partner.
• Products must arrive to fulfillment warehouse in Illinois between April 19 – April 23 to be eligible for these sampling programs.
• Custom boxes or multiple product packs will not be accepted by distribution partner.
• Recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: April 16, 2021
• Non-exclusive marketing opportunity.
