Opportunity: Content Session/Speaking Opportunity

Our License Global theatre is a hub for all things trend spotting, information sharing and creative idea development. Is your brand working on something new and exciting, have a new product launching or want to spark a conversation about something important to you? Then sponsoring a session in the theatre is the perfect way to get your message heard by attendees. With access to great AV there are multiple ways to elevate your session, creating a real wow moment.

Pre-Show:

• Work with the event team to select a 30-minute slot
• The session title, speaker names, and descriptions will be included in the main stage agenda. The agenda is promoted before the show on our website, meeting platform, and LinkedIn
• An event lead will guide you through the AV process and answer any questions you may have. They will share promotional assets with you to help with engagement for the session as well

During Show:

• A 15 minute set up time with our AV team and event lead
• Access to full AV in the theatre including; multiple screens, confidence monitor, speakers, wireless microphones, lectern, and chair setup
• Seat drops of promotional items are acceptable during your session. These must be pre-approved by the event team and they will help to hand them out on the day
