Opportunity: Custom Booth Reception

A custom booth reception is your opportunity to network with present and future clients in the convenience of your booth during show hours. Your party will be promoted and coordinated by SupplySide Show Management and served by Mandalay Bay attendants. You can enjoy your choice of food and beverage with clients while discussing new business.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Custom reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date/time of your choice during expo hall hours
• Your choice of the following:
  • 50 bottles of wine (25 Cabernet, 25 Chardonnay)
  • 50 bottles of champagne
  • Keg of domestic beer with 12 bottles of Cabernet and 12 bottles of Chardonnay
• Your choice of the following:
  • Assorted cheese & cracker platters
  • Assorted vegetable crudités
  • Custom sheet cake with your company logo
• Attendant(s) at the booth to serve food & beverage for duration of the party
• Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
• Digital signage promoting the party in a high-traffic area of the show, including all booth reception sponsors
• Call-out with sponsor logo recognition, party date/time and booth location on the printed expo hall map within the Show Guide, distributed on-site
• Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting all sponsored booth receptions
• Sponsor recognition in push notification promoting all sponsored booth receptions in SupplySide West mobile app
• A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event
