Expo Hall Opportunities
A custom booth reception is your opportunity to network with present and future clients in the convenience of your booth during show hours. Your party will be promoted and coordinated by SupplySide Show Management and served by Mandalay Bay attendants. You can enjoy your choice of food and beverage with clients while discussing new business.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

  • Custom reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date/time of your choice during expo hall hours
  • Beverage selection (your choice of one of the following):
    • 50 bottles of wine (25 cabernet, 25 chardonnay)
    • 50 bottles of champagne
    • 1 keg of domestic beer with 12 bottles of cabernet & 12 bottles of chardonnay
  • Food selection (your choice of one of the following):
    • Assorted cheese & cracker platters
    • Assorted vegetable crudités
    • Custom sheet cake with your company logo
  • Attendant(s) at the booth to serve food & beverage for duration of the reception
  • Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
  • Digital signage promoting the reception in a high-traffic area of the show, including all booth reception sponsors
  • Booth receptions will be promoted to visitors in emails with other relevant show information
  • Call-out with sponsor logo, reception date/time and booth location on the expo hall map within the Show Directory
  • A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event. Reception photos will be shared post-show
