• Sponsor must provide HTML file OR all imagery, text and URLs for inclusion at least 2 weeks before the send ​
• Email will be uploaded to the email sender tool and shared for approval; only 1 set of edits authorized ​
• Sponsor can work with the marketing team to reach entire registrant list​
• Email metrics will be provided one week post email send ​
• Standard send: 4+ weeks before the show
