    The agenda for the License Global Theater has been carefully curated by the License Global editorial team and will spotlight the very latest trends and innovations. The speakers have been hand-picked by the editors based on their subject matter expertise. The theater itself is a purpose built stage on the show floor and has capacity for up to 500 seats. Within the agenda, we have also incorporated 3 paid-for sessions. These are first-come-first serve sessions and can be purchased by a company or group of companies who wish to guarantee a speaking slot within the License Global Theater.

    Pre-Show:

    • Select a 30-minute time slot, depending on remaining availability
    • The session title, description, and speakers will be included in the main stage agenda. The agenda is promoted on our event website, online meetings platform, and across our marketing campaigns throughout the run-up to the show
    • An event lead as your main point of contact to help with any pre-event questions, gather promotional assets and session details

    During Show:

    • 15-minute set-up time directly before a technical run-through
    • Fully equipped AV team and all necessary speaking equipment are provided for the main stage. However, if you require any specialist equipment for the presentation this must be purchased directly with the AV team
    • Seat drops of promotional items are acceptable during the specific session only. These need to be pre-approved by the Event team and must consider sustainability

    NOTE – Licensing Expo cannot guarantee any total audience numbers for the session.
