This sponsorship is all about direct contact with attendees in the Baltimore Convention Center lobbies before attendees hit the floor! If you have a small sample, this opportunity if perfect to maximize your sampling potential. Don't miss one of these coveted lobby locations!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• 3′ x 3′ space provided in high traffic, lobby location to hand out samples.
  • Space denoted by a 3′ x 3′ floor graphic featuring Sponsor logo and booth number.
• 2 company representatives permitted to staff  designated distribution area.
  • All samples must be stored in a wearable fashion i.e. backpack or tray.

Details:

• Storage and restocking labor not included.
• Sampling is intended for small, low weight products.
  • Must be under 3 oz. and cannot be refrigerated or frozen.
• Samples/product/containers cannot be on ground.
• No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
