Sponsorship Deliverables:
- Two distribution bins with your custom artwork located in your choice of one of the lobbies:
- Bayside C Lobby – Not Available – Subject to First Right of Renewal
- Bayside F Lobby – Not Available – Subject to First Right of Renewal
- Custom artwork will be on all 5 panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
- Sponsor to provide 6,000 items to be evenly distributed between two bins
- If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
- Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
- Bins will be refilled throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
- One representative from each sponsoring company may distribute product at one of the two locations from 9am-Noon on both expo hall days
Sponsorship: $6,000 per lobby; $10,000 for both lobbies
